1. About Us
The Cedar Hill High School Class of 2006 Reunion Committee is a nonprofit entity organized under the laws of the State of Texas. Our mission is to plan, organize, and promote reunion events and related alumni activities for the benefit of Cedar Hill High School Class of 2006 graduates and their guests.
2. Eligibility
This website and related reunion activities are intended for Cedar Hill High School alumni, their families, and invited guests. By registering, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Event Registration and Payment
Registration and ticket purchases are processed securely through our website and third-party payment providers such as Stripe (integrated with GoHighLevel).
Your registration is not confirmed until full payment is received.
All prices, event details, and deadlines are listed on the event page and may change without notice.
By registering, you agree that your payment information may be used to complete the transaction through our authorized payment processor.
4. Refund Policy
Due to advance financial commitments with venues, vendors, and services, all payments are generally nonrefundable. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only in the event of:
Event cancellation by the Committee, or
Documented extenuating circumstances (subject to Committee approval).
All refund decisions are final.
5. Event Conduct
The Committee strives to maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment.
We reserve the right to deny entry or remove any attendee whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, at our sole discretion and without refund.
6. Photography, Media, and Publicity
By attending reunion events or submitting your registration, you grant the Committee permission to use your name, likeness, image, and voice in photographs, video, or audio recordings taken during events for promotional, archival, or social media purposes, without compensation.
If you do not wish to appear in photos or recordings, please notify the Committee in writing before attending the event.
7. Communication and Messaging Consent (A2P 10DLC & TCPA Compliance)
By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive recurring informational and promotional text messages from the Cedar Hill High School Class of 2006 Reunion Committee, including:
Registration confirmations

10. Limitation of Liability
Participation in reunion events is voluntary and at your own risk. The Committee and its volunteers assume no responsibility for:

By attending, you agree to hold harmless the Committee, its members, and affiliated partners from any claims or damages arising out of your participation.
